Description
Measuring with a Laser Receiver:
To determine the height difference in the example shown in the pictures:
First, align the laser beam, shown as a red line and attach the receiver set at
the “0 mm” graduation mark on the staff in position A.
Then adjust the leg of the laser levelling staff to the exact height of
the laser beam and fix with the knurled screw.
For measurement point B that is below the reference level,
after re-aligning the receiver,
the staff will show a negative reading in the red sector.
For point C that is higher, the value will be positive.
So with the plus/minus scale the correct values are
shown without the need for any further calculation!
